  • Chase any missing RSVPs and finalise numbers.
  • Order party favours and confirm the running order of the day.
  • Consider a photographer so you're in the memories too.

The week of

  • Confirm timings with every supplier (or let your concierge do it).
  • Prepare a simple run-of-show: arrival, activities, cake, goodbyes.
  • Charge phones and cameras; prep a small emergency kit (wipes, plasters, spare candles).

On the day

Setup happens before guests arrive, you cut the cake around the midpoint while energy is high, and everything is cleared afterwards.
